Your Fix.
Without reading anything into the scenario given and speaking ASA.

BR is awarded 1B. R1 forced to 2B.

BR did not pass a runner unless there was an attempt to go to 2B and R2 physically passed R1.

Defense isn't going to like it, but this is one you have to eat as this is a DMU
