This occured in a tournament game. Pool, where the games count nothing, just
time for players and umpires to do their thing. Two rookie umpires being
looked at. I was one of the vet umpires assigned to watch this game. We got it
all straightened out in the manner most posted. Bell was rung, no outs assested
and runners now on 1B and 2B.
