OK, what am I missing?
Ball lands fair, fair ball, no bell to unring.
Only one runner, not IFR.
BR passed R1, BR out, or can BR pass 1st w/o passing R1.
AHA, is that the issue?
If out, it doesn't matter where BR goes next or whether in DO.
PU calling time for no reason seems to be the only thing that screws thing up.
