Yep, I understood and accepted that, right up until you began to massage the scenario and "cite" rules incorrectly.

Hmmm... OK, I guess I wasn't clear. What I was explaining was my incorrect reasoning (i.e. how I was using the rule to reach an incorrect ruling). Better?
