handling uncaught third
On uncaught third strikes, the BR either can attempt first base or is automatically out (runner on first, less than two outs).
For automatically out, do you know an authorized mechanic for announcing the out or not. Some say it is required like any out, others that it is coaching when it helps the runner or defense.
