ball out of play
ASA. Catcher tries to pick a runner at third. The batter is in the box and does not intentionally interfere. The throw hits the bat and goes over the fence into dead ball territory. What do you have?

Jut recognize the difference between intentional and any movement which interferes even though there was not an intent to interfere.
The batter can move or move the bat which interferes without intending it.
