Ball handled on shot...

Deemed intentional by the referee, a ball is handled on a shot, probably preventing a goal (thinking of a player standing on the goal line during a corner kick that sticks his/her arm up to prevent the ball from going in).

Obviously we have a red, as both NFHS and FIFA say.

I can't find anywhere that you can allow the goal though... can you?

no, there is no way to allow a goal when the ball has not passed completely over the gl, between, under. red card and pk is the best that it gets.
