I do have 2011 Rule Book.

But as I read it, it is a 50ft pitching & 60ft base distance for females using an 11" ball (Rule1.1.Art C)
But my MS pitchers will battle at this distance, as will 2 out...

After time has been called warn the pitcher for excessive.

Yep same in European Slowpitch too. Offer good protection, but as I have only ever seen on 'Hit in Head' in 14 years not sure how distracting they may be!

We used to have plenty around 5 years ago, but they all got deployed state side, or to the East! So now we only have a few, and they work base first, and then try and come help out.
