The Illinois High School Association(IHSA) has posted a new announcement about uniform rule enforcement. (IHSA.org) Must read. Should solve most of the problems.

The back of the jersey must be the same as the front torso. If the logo on the back is below the front neck line than they are illegal.

Illegal uniforms??

The officials in Illinois have been sent a bulletin on illegal uniforms. The coach must be penalized and a special report is to be sent to the IHSA. I believe it is in response to situations...

The crew that had this happen shot it over. That was not right. Other options were AP or a violation by the free thrower. You are right. I found it. Rule 6 sec.4, art.3d. Thanks
