WVU/Kansas Traveling (Video)

Can someone post clip. 14:47 1st half. WV player gathers ball while one knee is on the floor. He then stands up. Looks like an easy traveling call. Is the College rule different?

The player has 5 seconds to release the ball INTO the court. The back of the backboard is not part of the court. Once the ball rebounds to A1 he would still have the opportunity to throw the ball...
