Head Coach?

I need a little help. Last night had an 8th grade game. The high school head coach was on the sidelines, and was given an unsportsmanlike penalty. My question, does that US count towards the 2 for the head coach of the 8th grade team? Can't find it in the book. May be looking in wrong place.

Unsportsmanlike's go against the individual except for equipment violations and sideline/restricted area violations, which are attributed to the HC. There are officials out there that do believe that all USC's against a team apply to the HC, kind of like bench technicals in basketball.
