Hard to tell from the video (hard to see the ball), but it appears to me that the ball did break the plane of the 50-yard line prior to being blown backwards.
Therefore, it is a live ball, and can be recovered by either K or R (Of course, it's Kick-catching interference if K touches the before it hits the ground, unless no R player is in position to catch the ball). |
