Wind Gusts
Are there any guidelines for playing in high winds?
I am talking gusts to 25-35 mph

Didn't mean to "blow" off the question, but I've never seen or heard any other than stopping play when conditions are unsafe.
And, I'm an umpire, I can always see.

There have gbeen times when wind was blowing
and especially when blowing dust so that I had trouble seeing--that I have called "time" and waited for it to abate. Otherwise, there is no rule that I'm aware of-- unless there might be local "rules".
