NCAA Game Clock
On a FG attempt, when does the game clock stop (by rule)?
When the ball crosses the back line of the end-zone? When it hits the ground beyond the end-zone? When the whistle blows (what if it can't be heard in the booth)? Other? |

When it his something out of bounds would be the black and white rule. In a game situation, the clock operator should stop the clock when the officials signal the result of the FG attmept. This will be when it is obvious that the ball will not return to the field (ie, big wind gust blowing it back)
