Contacts work for me. I wear the Focus Daily Brand and I mainly wear them for officiating.

Peace

I do the same thing, JRut. I wear daily wear lenses that I can get about two games of wear out of and I only wear them for officiating.

I shave in the morning in the shower. The mirror fogs up. I wipe shaving cream on it and rinse it off. No more fog.

I wear goggles when I umpire. They fog up. I wash them with shaving cream. They don’t fog up.

As for me contacts and/or laser surgery are not a solution, contacts never correct your vision to 100% (NEVER, it is simply the way it is) and laser surgery does not remove the need for glasses (just different glassses, so if I'm going to have to by different glasses after the surgery, why not just stick with the ones I have now?).

This may be your experience but in general that is simply not true and in fact, contacts actually greatly improve the wearer's peripheral vision compared to glasses.

In many/most(?) cases it does.

I have better vision with my contacts than with my glasses. As for the OP, what about Rain-X?
