It should not matter what country you are from or where you officiate at, any use of obscene language directed at an official is an automatic flag adn 15 yards for USC. Make sure you document everything when you administer the penalty so that you will have that data when you are turning it in to your state association.
I am truly sorry that you have to put up with this kind of behavior, I would never allow anyone that I work with to be put through this kind of ordeal. Just hearing about this upsets me. Best of luck to you.
