New NCAA Timing Rule: Texas Blames for LOSS!
Mack Brown blames new timing rule for loss to Ohio State:
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2583128 I watched most of the game and it seemed to me that OSU just flat out was better than Texas. I do believe the new timing rule will be tweaked after the season.
