New NCAA Timing Rule: Texas Blames for LOSS!

Mack Brown blames new timing rule for loss to Ohio State:

I watched most of the game and it seemed to me that OSU just flat out was better than Texas.

I do believe the new timing rule will be tweaked after the season.

Well, no. You had your chance and, just like the ones before that, you did nothing with it.
