I do. And not just football movies. I'm an engineer (electrical, not a train) in RL, and I hate watching movies with computers the beep and click as somebody types away. Or the magical "let me enhance the image" to see the face of some killer.

I think many tend to analyze fictional portrayals of their professions--either for money or for fun--for inaccuracies.

I try not to over-analyze. Think of it the reverse way... if we tried to make a movie, it would be really bad and we would have no idea what we were doing.

...but the officials would look and act perfect, yet the rest of the movie would be horrible.

A review written by a coumnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer actually mentions that fact.
