I think it'd be considered tricky because of a change in recent years in Fed football regarding enforcement options on live ball fouls by a team that gives up a touchdown -- end of a run, when the run ends beyond a goal line. Or at least there was discussion of a possible change, or just discussion period, because I remember a bit of it here. On one side it's like, why should they get two bites of that apple? On the other side it's like, why shouldn't the offended team have choices similar to those that would occur after non-scoring downs?
Here's a question: Does it matter whether the foul by B was before a pass was thrown?
