According to a college guy I talked to today Cahill is out and it's a two-horse race between DeRosa and JD. My money's on JD.

I don't know, Derosa is really liked by the powers that be, and he would bring an NBA training ethic to the position.

Of course, he is a JD also.

I really enjoy watching DeRosa work so I'd prefer JD Collins get the job. Either way the job is in good hands.

I've also heard Ed Hightower and a fourth guy (who I'd never heard of an since forgotten his name) were in the mix a couple weeks ago. Cahill was initially in the running but dropped out for reasons unknown.

The frontrunners are still DeRosa and JD, and my sources tell me the final interviews took place yesterday. Expect an announcement very soon.
