The coach got the 2nd T for not stopping his tantrum, he continues shaking his fists at the Lead at 10 seconds. Don't think it was solely verbal, there was plenty of body language to toss him.

The first T was for the tantrum. The second T is for whatever is said directly to the Lead. In my experiences that sentence usually is something along the lines of "call the f*cking foul".
