Assess both fouls. The PC foul means no basket can be scored. Clear the lane for A1 to shoot two FTs.

I agree with you to a point. Yes, we have a FDF, but when we have a FDF the ball is put into play as if the last foul in the FDF is the only foul that occurred.

That means the penalty for a PC is a Designated Sport Throw-in nearest the spot of the PC. Therefore, Team B's Throw-in will be a DST nearest the spot of A1's PC.
