(edit: I assume B1 fouled A1, who in turn fouled B2)

Assess both fouls. The PC foul means no basket can be scored. Clear the lane for A1 to shoot two FTs.

B inbounds and can run the endline if the last FT was successful (spot throw-in, if not successful)
