Two Technicals?
3.2.2 SITUATION B: Three minutes before the game starts, it is discovered: (b) two Team B team members are wearing the same number.
RULING: In (b), a technical foul is charged to Team B upon discovery of the identical numbers. Only one team member may wear a given number; the other must change to a number not already in use before participating. (10-1-2) Q: Implied that there is only one penalty in this situation, but the book would have to be changed in order for both players to participate. No subsequent T for changing the book?

edit: OK, I re-read and I get the red and blue now; only 1 change needed. But to clarify for OP, only 1 technical is assessed for the 2 players with same number, changing the number in the book, or making player change to the number in the book. 10-1-2 Penalty says, "Only one foul per team regardless of the number of infractions." At least it does in my 2007-8 rulebook sitting by the computer.
