I am reading the book, hoping to improve my communication skills with coaches.

I believe that this concept made the rounds about a decade ago.
It will be new to very few posters on this forum.
Personally, I didn't find it to be helpful, but my communication with coaches and players has never been an issue.

I watched a little bit but the heavy breathing between words by the speaker was driving me crazy. I'm also familiar with the concepts presented here.

I recommend others set aside 90 minutes to watch this. Since we officiate, we all might be "familiar" with the tactics, but it applies so much more in life than on the court.
