Damn...that puts my off-season hobbies to shame. Did you win either heat? Looks like you did the second one. What kind of camera? Helmet mounted GoPro?

I do some flatwater kayaking, do some vegetable, and flower gardening, raise backyard chickens, and take telescopic photos of sunspots. None are real "chick magnets".

Yeah I won both. It was a helmet cam called tachyion. I bought it when I got selected to blog an entire season. You can read it here. This is Bracket Racing - Member Spotlight

Nova runs on methanol. It costs about 3.50 per gallon and can make a quarter mile run on about a gallon. The dragster not so good. It runs 116 octane racing gas that costs a little over 12 dollars per gallon and burns about 3 quarters of a gallon per run.

Is it typical to keep looking to the side to see how you are doing? Would it not be faster to just look straight forward the whole time to focus on your line and shifting?
