Dribble ends. Left foot pivot foot. Ball is still in hand when he lands left foot.

I have issues with not calling it because it puts defense at disadvantage. Dribbler violates and then could get fouled by the defense.

I had nothing when I watched it live. When I slowed it down and watched 3 times I though that he might have gained possession after the first bobble and there might be a travel there, but I still did not have a travel on the spin move.

Overall, in live action I am calling nothing because I am not sure of a violation.

I was the C and live I though he bobbled the catch so I passed on that. Then on the spin I thought perhaps the right foot was down before he controlled the ball so I passed on that as well. With travels I like to be positive before I call them.
