Advice for young official

Hello all a little about myself, I am 19 almost 20 years old and started officiating in 8th grade. I have been registered with my state for 3 years now and have 5 varsity dates this season. I am looking to continue to move up until I cannot go any further. Can I please have some advice on what camps to attend etc.. any input is appreciated.

Welcome! First thing to do is join a good local association. Shop around and see which one you think is best. Talk to the association leaders and you can learn tons of stuff about which camps in your area are the best, who can mentor you if needed, provide a support network and much, much more.
