It's a good thing that by rule, book doesn't have to be prepared at the 10 minute mark.

Yet another item my NCAAW assignor mentioned in his weekly e-mail to us. He didn't specifically say a crew botched this rule but I doubt he would've mentioned it if it didn't happen.
