Except for #4 and #7&8 (and #7&8 are fairly common practice), I think that is pretty much straight out of the book for ALL fouls. Nothing specific about the intentional foul except for the specific signal for the type of foul.

All fouls have a fist, then a preliminary color/number/foul at the spot, followed by how/where play will resume, then the report to the table. If there is a made shot involved, we are to indicate that it counts (and that it is 3-points when necessary) as soon as it goes in...which puts it near the start of the list. Except for #4, there really isn't anything in this list that is abnormal. We may not detail the list as explicitly as above, but all of those things are part of the procedure.
