1. Call the foul
2. Give the Intentional Foul signal
3. Put the fouled player on the line (unless injury) to shoot 2 shots (3 if missed)
4. Put the ball in play with a throw-in to the offended team

See this would be me, but what they are teaching their new people is obsessive, ever for the most picky person.

1. Mark the 3
2. Fist in the air foul call
3. 3pt good signal
4. Back to fist in the air
5. Verbalize offending color/number
6. Intentional foul x signal and verbalize intentional foul
7. 2 fingers in air and verbalize 2 shots
8. Visually (modified birddog) and verbally identify shooter
9. Visually and verbally identify spot for throw-in that will follow the 2 FTs
10. Report to table
