Seems he catches the ball with both feet off the floor. I have no violation.

No call from me

I want to be certain before making this call and it isn't clear to me that he isn't on the floor when he catches the ball.

No violation. Legal play per the rule cited on page 1. - And I'll add, easy non-violation, if the official isn't allowing himself to get surprised by it and knows the rule, which I would imagine should be the case with Mr. No-Lanyard on a televised game, here.

It may not even be a matter of surprise but a matter of not knowing the intricacies of this rule. There are many who don't.
