Probably was still a foul, too.

Hmm, not so sure about that. tough physical rebounding play, but not sure that's an NBA foul.

This wasn't a "rebounding play." It was an illegal screen on help defense during an opposite-side drive to the basket.

Sorry bob, misspoke myself - you're correct - but still don't think it was a foul.

Game 5:

Crew Chief: Monty McCutchen
Referee 1: Tony Brothers
Referee 2: Ed Malloy
Alternate: James Capers

Looks like it will be Scotty Foster as CC if there is a game 7.

It'll be Joe or Dan Crawford as CC IMO...I'm interested in who they'll have as CC for game 6. If they keep Joe or Dan out for that game, then you'll have Joe and Crawford in game 7 and more than likely Foster as the third. The last game 7 in the NBA Finals in 2010 had the same crew.

There's nothing on the play-by-play at this mark. I'm going to take a wild guess and say you're asking about the RA block/charge that was called a charge by Ed Malloy at the lead?

Makes sense, because Joey has worked every Finals game 7 since 1988. However, Joey's history with the Spurs may be a factor. We shall see.

There is nothing on the play-by-play because he is talking about a block/charge no-call involving Shane Battier defending Kawhi Leonard.

The RA play you are thinking of happens at 9:19, second quarter.

I didn't know about Joey Crawford's history with game 7; I thought he may work game 6. I think Callahan may work game 6.

I think Callahan easily leads the league in pointing. He points for everything and several times.

Crawford's next game with be his 50th. Far and away the most Finals games in NBA history.

Save to say 4 of the next 6 officials are Joey C., Callahan, Danny C., & Foster.
