I believe that's what I'm saying. Waving off the shot was PROPER b/c A1 travels before releasing the ball.

It looks to me like the foul happens while the player is in the air on his jump stop. If so, even if the jump stop were legal, the shout should still be waved off. "Foul, land and then jump to shoot" is not "fouled while in the act of shooting", imo.

Too me there wasn't a foul in the first place That's why I say at least he waved off the shot. Giving him partial credit.
