Michigan/Indiana: Blocking Foul (Valentine call in 2nd half)

I figured it would just be easier to start a new thread. Here's the play:

Thanks for posting.

But just curious if you're purposely disallowing full screen access?

I was watching the game and really liked the call. And still do on replay.

Didn't know that was possible. I can call it up full screen on my CPU.

I liked the block call in real time. On the replay I like it a lot less. The significant contact was the dribbler's extended arm into the defender. After benefit of multiple views of the slo-mo, I still think block is the right call. The defender was moving toward the offensive player at the time of the contact. If he wasn't doing that, the contact would not have happened.

Arm contact does not take away why the contact took place in the first place. At least that is my opinion.

Peace

Can't see that the defender ever established legal guarding position. I like the call.

No LGP and defender moving forward. Great call in real time.
