Block on the initial shot. Undercutting a shooter like that is a great way to hurt someone.

Agreed.

On an interesting note, the T uses the actual PC signal.

Just kind of swings the left arm out to point... I would much rather do (or see) a good punch here, just my opinion I guess.

He's trying to point the direction, which is behind him.

the comment was (I think) meant to indicate that the official used the "behind the head" mechanic that was demeaned (by many, but not all)here a week or so (?) ago.

And it's still used more on the NCAA-Men's side than the punch is.

Mechanic-wise I usually feel awkward calling player control fouls in the backcourt for this reason, should I punch forward, or turn around and punch the other way
I like how he did it though.
