Only one. But indirect technicals on the coach are limited to fouls committed by bench personnel: players, coaches, managers and others that are on the team bench. That also includes players that are warming up during pre-game (the most common technical foul during warmups is dunking or grasping the rim). The head coach is responsible for the conduct of his bench, and thus he is penalized for any fouls committed by his bench.

The difference mainly between an indirect and a direct technical foul is you get three indirect technical fouls, or a combination of three indirect and direct technical fouls before it results in an ejection.
