Long sleeve undershirt
In a girl's varsity basketball game is a player permitted to wear a long sleeve shirt under her uniform. The long sleeve shirt is the same color as the uniform.

Yes.

NFHS 3-5-6: Undershirts shall be a single solid color similar to the torso of the
jersey and shall be hemmed and not have frayed or ragged edges. If the
undershirt has sleeves, they shall be the same length. A visible manufacturer's
logo/trademark/reference is not permitted on the undershirt.

Billy, so all the team mates shirt sleeves have to be the same length?

No, everybody does not have to have the same length. The sleeve length for each individual player must be the same. As well as no frayed edges.
