My $0.02...This is a good example among other things - of why we need to get into position as soon as possible. I can't say how hard the new L was or was not running to get down court but when the second elbow came he had just reached the end line. Since there's no press just get there and be ready to accept whatever play is coming.

Obviously, watching the ball contributed to this as well since even if he wasn't at the end line he should've at least been looking at the post players because they'd already set up along the lane.

I don't see how it is possible to miss the second one. The first one, can be missed, it was sneaky. First one is a T, and the second one is an ejection. I would also venture to say that this wasn't the first action those two had going in that game.

first one cannot be a T, it is contact while ball is live and would thus have to be an intentional foul if you wanted to go that way. if you are going flagrant on the second on, it would be a flagrant personal foul.

That's correct. I misspoke. I would still go intentional and flagrant.

Quite possible. This action was in the 2nd half.
