If you're working under NBA rules, halfcourt...otherwise, under NCAA/NFHS rules, you handle all throw-in spots like you would any other violation.

Had a game last Wednesday where ball was passed (illegally) into the backcourt by team A ...team A player followed it and let it roll to opponents endline before touching it. Violation. I've seen this repeatedly in high school...result is an inbound to team B right at their frontcourt endline. Is this the result of players watching too many NBA games?
