Hello fellow zebras. New to the forum and enjoy the information everyone shares. It really does help.

Can you throw your 2 cents in on this scenario:

Inbound thrower-in throws the ball high enough to hit the roof in the gym over middle center court from the end line.
Where do you inbound ball... End Line or Mid-court? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

The ball will be inbounded at the original throw-in location due to Rule 9.2 Penalty:

The ball becomes dead when the violation or technical foul occurs. Following a violation, the ball is awarded to the opponents for a throw-in at the original throw-in spot.

Agree with Luke, it's a throwin violation, bring the ball back to the throwin spot.
