And where is drofficial so he can tell us what is wrong with the state of college officiating?

Definitely questionable if the contact is after the release of the ball but I actually like the outcome in this instance.

Score the bucket and reward the defender with a drawn PC.

i think that counting the basket and calling the PC should be utilized in HS as well

It's a really rare occurrence. Problem is, I think it gets missed -- on this one, it should've been a wipe-the-basket, PC foul.
