If you are following the NFHS mechanics, it is not just one at the ball, but the administering official is the one who, before the timeout, had coverage of the line where the throwin will occur and will be the one at the spot of the ball.
Timeouts don't generally cause switches and your lines remain your lines through the timeout.
Regardless of who grants the timeout, the old lead will be at the spot of the ball if the post time-out throwin will be along the frontcourt endline or the lead's frontcourt sideline. Otherwise the old trail will be at the spot of the ball.
