3 Point line Rule History?
Does anyone know when the 3 point line was brought into National Federation rules?
And if the rule was implimented by the National Federation, did any state use the rule before accepted by the National Federation. I do know that in college the rule came in for the 1986-1987 season, but it seems unclear if that was the same year for the National Federation. Calling all my old-timers to help me out with this one. Peace
