Personal foul for targeting...oh wait, wrong sport.

I think a common foul is appropriate here considering the defender tripped.

APG, I don't recall this play in the past.

I've got just a common foul because of the feet tangling.

Defender clearly tripped over the right foot of the prone ball handler. Common foul is enough.
