Designated spot throw-in violation by Cincy with 10.5 seconds remaining.

Joe DeRosa correctly called the violation WITHOUT using the traveling signal!

But, Joe should have used preventive officiating and reminded the player he no longer had the privilege of the entire end line before he committed the violation! You've got to let the players decide the game in that situation!
