Wow. Completely the opposite of what's usually taught (T&C should get most of the rebounding fouls; L should rarely have a rebounding foul)

OK, problem, the current nfhs mechanics manual the lead has 1/2 of the lane and the area inside the 3 point arc below the free throw line extended. The center has the other half of the lane all the way out to his sideline. With the Trail having none of the lane or the area adjacent to the lane why is it taught that C & T would have most of the rebounding fouls?
