On a regular foul or block charge players hit the deck and could injure something. This isn't a response that adds anything. Was it a hard push or a standard shove that is just an intentional versus flagrant. It's a had to be there scenario rather than all your ???????

Could be intentional, could be flagrant. Depends upon the severity of the act.
I had this exact situation a couple of years ago and I judged it to be flagrant.

An intentional foul (which you say it is) does not carry an additional penalty of ejection / DQ.

I've had this situation three times in the last 2 seasons...
I called all three intentional, and, in hindsight, one of them should've been flagrant. Totally depends on the severity of the act. |

To rephrase the question in better Officialese: the foul is at least intentional. Should it be flagrant?

At minimum, an intentional foul. Very possibly a flagrant foul.
