NCAA rule help
what is the difference between a flagrant 2 personal foul and a flagrant 2 technical foul with respect to penalty and administration?
is there a difference?

is it just where the ball will be put in play?
spot closest for a single flagrant 2 personal vs. division line for single flagrant 2 technical I can't find it...

On the personal, the offended player will shoot the ball. On the technical, any player may shoot the ball.

It is also possible that a flagrant 2 technical might also be an class B/indirect charged to the head coach.
